How long does an average job take?


This is very hard to answer. Its computers and they can sometimes have their very own persona, therefore from our experience most jobs can be completed within 1.5 hours, which is one and half hours on average. Please, this is a ball park figure as computers sometimes don't do what we want them to do.




Do you have a fixed rate price for jobs?


Yes, we can set a fixed price for a job with you. This is once the job is completed you pay the set amount detailed in invoice. This can be for jobs like SSD/HDD transfer, screen replacement, keyboard replacement etc. Please contact us and let us know. If not we offer an hourly rate which may be better for your problem.




Do you sell hardware & software?


No. But we have a huge discount on hardware. So if we need hardware to complete your job, we will add this cost to the final invoice once the job is complete. Please have your model number, year, and make and the issue like is it the screen, keyboard etc. Once we have this information we will purchase the hardware and arrange a time to visit to complete the job. This is the same for software ie Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and the alike. Any questions please contact us always here to help.




Can I book a time slot?


Yes, we offer sameday repairs. You too busy then we can arrange with you for a technician to visit when your free. Simple book online for your issue and add a note when you would like a technician to visit. This helps to hold a time slot so no on eles will be booked.




Do you work weekends?


Yes, Saturday all day. Sunday is appointment only for a small extra fee of £15 on top of job final cost. This includes travel fee for technician.




What if I'm not happy with your service?


Sorry to hear this. We strive for customer satisifaction. We grow off of feedback. Therefore if in anyway you are not happy with our service please bring it to our attention and we will find a solution to solve the issue good or bad.




Can I drop my computer off to be repaired?


Yes, we have a drop off point and collection. So you book your issue online. We will contact you once we see you rather drop off and collection service. We then arrange a time for you to drop off your computer. And we will give you a invoice detailing computer, work to be done, and collection date. Due to post or courier if collection date changes will contact you with a new date. This rare but can happen.




Where are you located?


We are located on the Printworks Complex, Clapham Road, London, Oval, SW9 0AQ.




Do you do Sunday appointments?


Yes. This has to be prebooked and in advance. A small fee is added for this service.

Apple Repairs

Which model Macbook Pro do you fix?


We fix all models. Please note certain models cannot run todays OS X enviroment therefore we may not service models 2008 & 2009 models. Contact us and give us your serial number and we can check our database on your model and spec.




Do you fix Mackbook Air


Yes all models we can fix. We have a link with a hardware suppliers to get very good OEM hardware for Apple computers.




Do you fix Apple motherboards?


Yes, we can fix water damage, power failure, full replacement. Contact and lets us have your serial number for your Apple computer and tell us the issue. We will contact you back with a quote for the repair. We can cater for any type of motherboard repair.




Do you do the Apple iMac?


Yep, lovely machine. We can service the software or hardware. Just let us know the issue, and we will direct you to the correct service to book online.




What type of service on Apple computers do you do?


We do motherboard repairs, screen, keyboard, power failure, software issues, HDD upgrade, genreal health check, any other Apple computer related issues. We do NOT unlock iCloud activation. All Apple computers we repair must not be stolen or have any type of activation lock. We can check so please don't use our service for this type of request.




Can you help with Apple software issues?


Yes, we are very competent on the Apple OS X including software. Book the service online and we will either fix your issue or direct you to the right source to get your issue resolved. More time than not we can help.

Do you use Apple certified parts for repairs?


Yes. We have a supplier who has Apple approved hardware coupled with a lab for logicboard repairs.




Do you do Apple graphics chip repairs?


Yes. We can repair logic board graphics chips. We are able to repair ALL the Macbook Pro models in the 13", 15" and 17" sizes. Unibody and non-unibody, anything from 2006 to the present date. With the 13" models, the graphics on these are handled by an MCP (Multi Core Processor) which produce graphics as well as a long list of other tasks. It is rare for these the suffer from the graphics fault as they do not have a dedicated graphics chip. They CAN fail, but it is less likely. If you have a 13" model it might be worth contacting me first to discuss before buying the service. Whats the cost? The cost of the repair will be from £155 to £250.




Are all your Apple repairs guaranteed?`


I'm afraid not when its Apple computers. If we cannot fix your issue we have a NO FIX NO FEE rule. SO you can rest assured you will only pay once we can confirm the fix will be successful.

Payments

What type of payments do you accept?


We accept bank transfer, contactless, visa, mastercard, paypal, and cash. We have a mobile card reader to take payments. If you like to pay via bank transfer? What is the hourly rate?


Our minimum hourly rate is £53.50 inc (travel expenses). Which can be extended by 30mins a time at a hourly rate of £26.75 until job is complete. This is for coming to your address and fixing the issue. We have a NO FIX NO FEE system. So if your issue is not fixed. You don't pay very simple.




Do you take payment upfront?


No. We will complete the job then have you sign your invoice alongside the technician, coupled with the PC Repair disclaimer. Then we will take payment. The invoice will have the description of work carried out alongside the full amount inc VAT for the job.




Do you leave a invoice?


Yes, we give you a invoice detailing work carried out. This invoice will also include the full amount to be paid. Both you and the technician will sign and date the invoice and then we leave you a copy for your records.

What is the block bookings?


Available in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 hours, they are priced at a discount from our standard rates.

Prepaid Support Hours are valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase and would give your business priority when booking an engineer visit.

They form the ideal solution for any business that does not want to be committed to an expensive maintenance contract, but still needs to know that its IT support requirements are being provided by an established company.
